Our delivery serivce operates 6 days a week most of the year (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You can select a preferred delivery day and time at the checkout screen.

Do you deliver up stairs?  Yes, we do deliver upstairs with a minimum charges.

I need to book a lift in my building for the delivery. How can I coordinate the delivery time with the lift booking? No problem. After placing your order, please reply to the order confirmation let us know you need to book a lift. We will reply to let you the exact delivery time so you can book the lift. If the lift is not avaialble at that time, we'll be happy to work out an alternative time with you.

Are items delivered fully assembled, or in pieces?. Most items are delivered fully assembled. Larger items (such as beds) are delivered in a few pieces so they will fit through doorways. Our drivers will assemble these items for you at the time of delivery.

If I place my order now, how soon can you deliver it? Our delivery service operates from Monday to Saturday most of the year (excluding public holidays). You can select a preferred delivery day and time at the checkout screen. In many cases this can be as soon as the following day, or as far as 2 weeks into the future.
